Effect of periodical feed restriction on some physicochemical and sensory parameters of meat quality in white Italian geese

An analysis of goose meat quality shows that it is possible to obtain valuable (i.e. characterized by a high nutritive and consume value, as well as good technological parameters) raw material with lower production expenditures. In the course of the experiment, the consumption of feed mixtures KB-1 and KB-2 was restricted by 40 percent (in relation to the group fed at libitum) in the 3rd and 4th week rearing in the case of ganders and in the 3rd week in that of geese. This allowed to produce high-quality raw material
