Roses (Rosa L.) are ones of the most popular ornamental shrubs in our flora, of decorative flowers and fruits. Flowers and fruits of different rose species are also a valuable herb material and are used in food and perfume industries. The fruit contain organic acids, sugars, mineral compounds and large quantities of vitamins, mainly C and also B, E, K and P. Fresh fruits are used for production of vitamin and strenghtening means and infusions are applied at disturbances of alimentary tract, kidney and liver diseases and in condition of weaknesses
