Competitivity on the dairy market depends of assortment. So, these are segments from moderate competitivity (for example cottage cheese or cream) to the segments of high levels of competity (for example yoghurts). Not every Polish dairy producers are good prepared to compete with foreign enterprises present at home market. The paper presents the strategies for dairy producers, which links technological, financial and marketing aspects of activity of the enterprises
