Interaction between C:N ratio in Sakaryabasi (Cifteler-Eskisehir) West Pond's sediment and pond's trophic level

This study was conducted in Wes Pond which supplies water to the Sakaryabasi Fish Culture and research Station nitrogen levels taken from sediment samples were determined from the station in the littoral zone of the pond in 2000 (July, October), 2001 (January, April). Pond's sediment has a high nitrogen level (0,51-0,85 %). Carbon content of the sediment (7,78-3,64%) was determined and the effect of C:N ratio on the ponds trophic level was also investigated
