[Fermented drinks of sanative action]

Fermented drinks (drinks of fermentation) are believed to be the most perspective as comparison with groups of soft drinks from the point of treatment and prophylactic and sanative influence on the human organism witnesses. The sanative action thereof is caused not by using the natural raw materials only, yet by involving those cultures of microorganisms useful for people, in manufacturing methods. The purposeful choice of the cultures of microorganisms and also the optimization of biochemical composition thereof were carried out. For aged people and persons who suffered as a result of negative technogenic factors drinks are proposed, the technology of which envisages using the specially selected cultures of microorganisms, in particular lactic acid bacteria with the active sanating ability as to pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microflora. It is stressed that while using them, the metabolism is improved as well as immunity protection of organism and functioning of cardiovascular and nervous system and so on. The programme developed and complex investigations carried out allow raising the level of producing the fermented drinks onto the qualitatively new level, enlarging the assortment and improving the quality thereof significantly
