Natural bridges - phenomenon of the fluviokarst in east Serbia [Yugoslavia]

Natural bridges are one of the characteristics of the fluviokarst in east Serbia (Yugoslavia). In this district, on a comparatively small area, are recorded six typical natural bridges and two structures in a transitive form between a tunnel cave and a natural bridge. The morphometric characteristics of natural bridge are described, their genesis explained and the problem of their preservation pointed out.
