Studies were carried out for determination of the effect of vitamin E level in the ration of breeding male turkeys on the biological value and the fertilization ability of their semen. Adding of Rovimix E-50 AS in dose 40 and 60 mg/kg forage increased vitamin E concentration in the sperm plasma respectively with 4.56-4.66 microg/ml. Biologicaal characteristics of diluted and stored turkey semen were respectively: motility 67.50-68.50%, live sperms 70.05-71.53% and dead sperms 28.47-29-95%. The consentration of totallipids, of total phospholopods and cholesterol was 166.81-175.82 mg%, 18.43-20.43 mg% and 0.570-0.620 mmol/ml. The egg fertilization rate was 91.65-92.29%.
