Paper is about the investigation results on fruit chemical composition of different hybrid seedlings of Aronia melanocarpa Elliot. The data as to varietal changes in biochemical characters, soluble dry matters, sugars, titratable acidity, potassium, pectin substances and phenol compounds are presented. The best hybrids are selected according to each character with the aim of their further utilization in breeding
