In spite of increase in volumes of production and sales of agricultural produce in recent years, the financial situation of most agricultural enterprises of Belarus has worsened considerably, sums of non-payments have increased. Most agricultural enterprises can not provide not only extended but also simple reproduction. Their material and technical base is getting worse. Under these conditions much depende on the way how manufacrures of agricultural production act themselves. But under the conditions of a transition period and according to peculiarities of agricultural production process the problems of state financial support of agrarian sector are pressing.
