Marketing analysis of domestic organic food processors competitiveness

It is a difficult task of reaching competitive level of food quality that lies ahead of processing plants in Serbia and Montenegro. However, the level of difficulty is not equal to all, and depends on production methods and/or on level of product processing. Paper has for its aim to give an analysis of domestic organic food processors compatitiveness (from standpoint of marketing business conception), having in mind that this sector of national economy has real export opportunities in the field of agricultural products. Results of analysis are supposed to be a solid base for adequate application of marketing strategies as a precondition for further development of this specific mode of food production.
