Through complexity of business conditions of a company, capability of management to engage company as a whole comes into focus, that is - their ability to harmonize goals of company as a whole and its departments, through system of actions and means of motivation policy, and with adequate strategy to realize optimal business effects. One of the means of motivation policy is a system of stimulating rewards, where information base is calculation of costs and business results of a company, relied on complete tracking of business processes, according to functions and fields and centers of responsibility for realized success, or failure.
