Control of marzipan with the help of different antioxidant additives (lemon-acid, rosemary-extract, glycopol, vitamin-E, vitamin-C). How far can the ranking process be stopped, or which of these additives can be used successfully to possibly slow down the oxidating corruption. She also studied if the process could be prevented using safety gas vacuum-packaging. She compared samples kept in normal cartons with ones kept in safety gas vacuum-packaging.
