Development of alpha soybean sprout by chlorella culture fluid

In western society, despite the healing effects of soybean on many chronic disease it's use has been limited because of it's dry hard state. In the oriental area it is often used as well as, soy drink as well as soybean sprout. The aim of this study is to develop an edible soybean sprouts as a raw vegetable. Additionally for it to have enhanced therapeutic components, without adding spray, growth hormone or the usual nutrient fertilizers. Using soybeans imported from China, chlorella vulgaris culture fluid and solid mineral pack. Cultivation in temperature regulated chamber(22¡¾1¡É) with less than 1% circulated water compared to classical culture method for soybean sprouts. The resultant product has been named "Alpha soybean sprout" this aopha soybean sprout is 15¡¾2.5§¯ in length, 2.3¡¾0.27§® in thickness and 2¡¾1 in number of capillary roots produced in 3 days.
