Isolation of Antifungal Active Compounds from the Leaves of Lindera erythrocarpa

Methanol extract obtained from Lindera erythrocarpa leaves was successively fractionated with n-hexane, ethylacette, n-butanol, and H2O. From ethylacetate fraction, an anctive fraction was isolated through repeated silica gel coulmn chromatography and recrystallization, and was identified as a stereoisomer complex of methyllucidone by MS and NMR analyses
