Processes of enterprises and business companies' foundation and liquidation and their influencing conditions

The paper expounds the results of the research about processes of enterprises and business companies' foundation and liquidation, their dynamics, about differences of such processes in the districts of Latvia, as well as about dissimilarities between formative and influencing conditions. The impact of education, economic activities of population, living conditions and other factors were studied by composition of circumstances. It's clarified that activity of entrepreneurship in the districts is very various and these dissimilarities are influenced by socio-economical environment, motivation, level of education and other factors, but overall the number of new-established (registered) enterprises and business companies consistently decreases, on the contrary, the number of the liquidated becomes stable.
