[Foundation and liquidation of enterprises and business companies and their influencing conditions]

The paper expounds the results of a research about foundation and of enterprises and business companies, their dynamics, differences in the districts of Latvia, as well as dissimilarities between formative and influencing conditions. Impact of education, economic activities of population, living conditions and other factors were studied by composition of circumstances. Activity of entrepreneurship in the regions is various and these dissimilarities are influenced by socio-economical environment, motivation, level of education and other factors, but overall the number of new-established (registered) enterprises and business companies consistently decreases, on the contrary, the number of the liquidated becomes stable.
