The main objective of this work was the study of eight varieties of potatoes and the way they adapted in Organic Production in weather conditions of the region Dao Lafoes. Therefore, we pretend to valuate the physical yield of varieties in study, meaning in their beaver in our weather conditions and against pests and diseases, physiological accidents, bad formations and mechanical injuries. The study was performed in the fields of Quinta da Alagoa, which is property of E.S.A.V., with the follow characteristics: Spaced off 0,60m ? 0,30m. Two lines of variety, being them Escort, Raja, Appel, Junior, Cosmos, Aziza, Sante, Romano. This work gets us to the conclusion that the varieties "Cosmos, Romano, Sante and Junior" were the best that adapted to the weather conditions of the region. The results that lead us to the final production are very similar to those obtained by conventional way
