Labour and life conditions of mobile woman agricultural labourers in Ankara province Polatli district

This research was carried out in the village of Polatli district in Ankara. The main purpose of this research is to study labour and life conditions and proplems of mobile agricultural labour women. Mobile agricultural woman labourers, examined in Polatli district of Ankara province, are beetween 21 and 40 years old. The average family size found 5,9. Only 21,2 % of women are literate. Agricultural labourers are working on the average 8-10 hours in a day. In the analyses, 89,2 % of families are found as a poor family. The agricultural women labourers have a lot of problems that about labour and life conditions. These problems can be summarized as follows; wage conditions, social security, drinking water, toilet-bath, education of children, house conditions and insufficiency of health opportunities
