Considered are in the thesis problems of improving the economic efficiency of milk production and processing in the Forest-Steppe zone of Ukraine. Disclosed is the up-to-date condition and reasons of reducing the volumes of milk production at enterprises of different economic forms. Lines of improving an economical mechanism of relations between production, processing and distribution areas are elaborated
