Substantiated is a possibility to create an extended network of steam and gas units and gas-turbine ones on the basis of industrial and gas-pumping stations. The necessity to involve small power engineering on the basis of industrial and heating boilers and domestic gas-turbine engines as an important element of the state energy-saving programme is stated. To prevent environmental pollution proposed is the use of organic wastes bioconversion that opens wide prospects for introduction of energy and resource-saving ecologically balanced technology in the agricultural and agricultural processing production
