This experiment was conducted to study the effect of 5 levels (0, 2, 4, 6 and 8 percent) of Azolla pinnata in broiler rations. Three hundred, of one day old Arbor Acre broilers were allotted at random into 5 groups of 60 animals each. Accordingly, each group was fed experimental diets for 7 weeks. The results showed that Azolla pinnata at every levels in experimental diets were not significantly different on average daily gain, average daily feed intake, feed conversion ratio and feed cost per kilogram weight gain from the control diet. Among the carcass qualities of broilers fed experimental diets, there were not significantly different. Azolla pinnata had no effect on the performance of broiler at level of 2-8 percent in the diet, therefore it could be used in the brioler ration.
