Pellets of Trichoderma harzianum

Fungal biological control agent (BCA), Trichoderma harzianum, was formulated in pellet form. Two levels of inoculum were used for the formulations. Fungal pellets were tested for fungal BCA viability, Inoculum levels were checked for degree of pellet colonization. Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) was used to detect mycelial growth and sporulation of fungal BCA on the pellet surface after they had been storaged at room temperature (24-32 deg C) for 6 months.
