Effects of probiotic Bacillus toyoi 0.05 percent in the broiler breeder feed on performance and immunostimulation against ND and IBD vaccination was studied. The results indicated that probiotic caused an increase in number of large-size eggs, percentage of setting eggs for incubation, percentage of fertile eggs, percentage of hatchability, number of hatching chicks per flock and number of chicks per hen while percentage of downgraded eggs was decreased. Supplementation of probiotic in broiler breeder feed improved animal health and decreased mortality. The HI titers against ND and ELISA titers against IBD in the probiotic supplementation group was higher than those in the control group.
