Bramble (Rubus articus L.) is a valuable berry plant. Bramble fruits are appreciated for their excellent taste. Obtaining of seeding material of bramble is possible via vegetative propagation or via tissue culture. The method of clonal micropropagation of bramble have been developed. It will allow receiving a plenty of a seeding material in a short time. As explants for bramble shoots regeneration we used buds of field plants, mature germs and leaves. The frequency of shoots regeneration depended on explant type. The least regeneration frequency was found with the use of leaves. For an induction of adventitious shoots formation the presence of benzilaminopurin (BAP) in a nutrient medium was necessary. The performed study allows drawing a conclusion that propagation of bramble via tissue culture is rather effective. Bramble does not grow in Belarus. However the study of growth and development of plants in field conditions within three years showed, that bramble is unpretentious to cultivating conditions and normally tolerates climatic features of the South Belarus. The plants blossomed and formed fruits. The obtained results specify that such valuable berry culture could be planted successfully in Belarus
