Marketable yields and yield losses after the extreme overwintering in 2002-2003 were studied in ten varieties (including a control cultivar) and three selections of different origin and productivity. In order to compute hypothetical yields for this second year of fruiting a method using sum of four main yield components, viz.: branch crown number per plant, truss number per plant, flower number per truss and mean fruit weight, and coefficients of relationships within two pairs of them in the first fruiting season was used
