[Oslusa [Serbia (Serbia and Montenegro)] - settlement development between eco- and techno system]

After all researching territory of Oslusa and analyses all the actors on territory, we recognized magnificent potential for developing this village as part of National Park Tara. It is amazing that this village in our age do not have electricity, drainage, system of sewage, or any communication networks. Today, technology is the part of everyday life and elementary piece of all life function so we can make the question: should we save this piece of land as unique rarities, or should we urbanize it enough to make pleasure for all habitats and users. Through this text we analyze this problem from two different aspects: 1) the nature is not a purpose by it self, 2) infrastructure equipment, do not include destroying the natural ecosystem. Much of experience, tell us that wild development can cause destroying process of urbanization, also wild urbanization can destroy process of economic grow. Oslusa is challenge for urbanities and also a living area for people in it. All of those should enjoy equally conditions.
