The agricultural tractors and machines present high level factor of risk for accidents and injuries participantes in agricultural production and public traffic. Over 900 tractor drivers or 112 annually average loose their lives in agricultural operation from 1990 to 2000. 78.36 tractor drives accidentally died in public traffic accidents (average with injuries is 498.09) in Serbia (without provincies) during 1990-2000 period. Difficult injuries had 169.60 tractor drivers. General lethal incidents are decreasing in this paper. Today the accidents in work with agricultural tractors and trailers permanently occured in Serbia, because of lack of regular training and professional and popular courses for regular usage and maintenance of tractors and agricultural machinery.
