Based on the two year research of the effect of the removing stem formation on the yield and quality of tomato, we can be concluded that: the peak of overall yield and the content of vitamin C was reached with the growth on three stems, while the smallest ones were measured during the reduction of the number of stems, of which the growth on one stem have the smallest yield; the peak mass of fruits was measured with the growth on a single stem with the top removing after the fourth and sixth blossom, while the smallest mass was measured with the growth on three stems; the measures of the dry matter of fruit in the observation are near each other and they go from 4.20 to 6.10%; the level of content of organic acids in tomato fruits varied between 0.51 - 0.82, and the pH level of fruits went from 4.05 - 4.25.
