Dephosphorization of molten cast iron by waste seashells

We investigated dephosphorization of molten cast irons by waste seashells with induction furnace. As the results, phosphorus content in cast iron decreased gradually by the addition of waste seashells and FeO. And phosphorus concentration decreased greatly, after silicon was removed by the oxidation.
