We should not discuss the new Agricultural Policy under the Basic law on Food, Agricultural and Rural Policy, the reason of which the low have only short-term period from being enforced. In this paper, I want to discuss from the viewpoint that the frame-works of thelow could be adapted to the present situation of Japanese Food, Agriculture and Rural areas. Speaking plainly, they are not adapted from the point of view that Japanese Agriculture and Rural areas can be re-vitalized.
