At the present, it is said that the students have keen interest in green environment such as forest and nature environment etc. Two questionnaire surveys were carried on students to confirm whether that is true or not, and statistical analyses were done by utilizing the survey results. The major findings are as follows. 1) Expectations of the nation to the function of the public benefit that the forest has are changing. Following to the test of goodness of fit on the first questionaire survey, it become clear that the students differ fairly accross the nation in respect to the willingness with regard to forest etc. 2) Also, by using the test of independence on differences between attributes of students, it was definitely shown that the female students tackle with the thing regarding green environment enthusiastically in comparison with the male. 3) The green of nearby Mt. Daimonji was taken as the example of green environment, in another questionaire survey. The amounts which students are willing to pay for the maintenance of green environment as the problem on the hypothesis were analyzed using the multiple regression analysis. And, it was known that payments are mainly determined by variables such as the disposal income, sex-distinction dummy and mountain-climbing dummy and so on. 4) As a result that I examined whether or not the student has the difference between the time of the start of a lesson and the two months later regarding the familiarity to the forest, it was statistically shown that female students who have familiarity to the forest are increasing.
