Summary In the national farm widely developed to the China Tohoku district and Heilongjiang, formation of the individual farmhouse by the contract system is not performed in the form of equal, and it was thickly distributed to the machine operator layer of the group for production of a farm direct management time. Therefore, large-scale individual upland filed management and cooperation management exist. To a reservation of three-year rotation of crops of wheat, corn, and soybean sake, the function of a group for production continues, and the so-called two-tier management system exists. This point makes upland filed management in a national farm different from that of general farms.
