This proceedings presents some of the key issuses in the selection, propagation and management of trees in the farming environment: a valuable contribution to our understanding of the science and art of managing off-forest tree resources. The workshop participants discussed the topic under four main themes:tree resources inventory and monitoring;biodiversity and ecology;resource management,products and services and socio-economic aspects and institutional arrangements.
