Effect of Plant Growth Regulators on Fruit Set and Yield of Eggplant (Solanum melongena L.)

Plant growth regulators (PGRs) can be used to induce fruit setting and development of effplant during unfavorable winter conditions, such as low light intensity and low temperature. To select an effective PGR, optimal concentration, and spray interval, three PGRs (cloxyfonac, 4-CPA, and CPPU) at three levels of concentration and two spray intervals (once every day and every five days) were tested on eggplant planted in a plastic house.
