Effects of Grapevine Leafroll-associated Virus 3 Infection on Vine Growth and Fruit Quality in ?Kyoho?Grapevines

Grapevine leafroll-associated virus 3 is one of the severest viral diseases found in Korea. A total of 544 grapevines were selected from five regions to detect viral diseases. The grapevines were tested by ELISA with antiserum manufactured by Bioreba Co. and Sanofi Co. GLRaV-1, GLRaV-3, GLRaV-5, GFkV, ToRSV, and GVA were detected, and these virus infection ranged were from 0.2 to 16.4.
