The influence of feed composition on the quality of pig carcasses was investigated at three pig fattening farms in Lithuania. It was determined that pig fattening diets at the different farms were quite variable. At Krekenava joint-stock company (JSC) and farm owned by R. Skiparis composition of fattening diets for finishing pigs were closest to the feed regulations described by Jatkauskas et al. (2002). However, at Skabeikiai JSC composition of pig fattening diet had on 4and 28decreased amount of energy and lysine, respectively. The analysis of quality of pig carcasses revealed that at Krekenava JSC and farm owned by R. Skiparis amount of lean meat at the total weight of carcass was 57.5and 55.9, when at Skabeikiai JSC only 46.3. It should be mentioned, that at Krekenava and Skabeikiai JSC highest lean meat content in majority cases was determined on hams -73.8and 60.8, respectively. The statistical analysis (multivariate ANOVA) have shown statistically significant influence of pig farm and sex factors. However, there was no influence of the amount of lean meet in pig carcasses on the total live weight of pigs
