The digestive tract of animals can live different family of nematoda cause different changes in organism. The everybody kind of nematoda is not equally pathogens. Blood test exposeS changes in health before clinical indications. Eosinophils leukocyte is one of the specific parameters in parasite invasion. The aim of work was investigate blood parameters of goats with experimental Ostertagia circumcincta invasion. The coprological investigation showed sensitive of experimental animals with strongylata invasion. The adult goats after experimental invadation with O. circumcincta was changes in leukocyte formula increase eosinophils (from 3.0% until 12.3%), segmented neutrophil leukocyte (from 39.2% until 49.3%), and creatine concentration in blood serum (from 96.1 until 122.6 mmol/L). The parameter of blood morphology was more specific for goat's kids.
