This report presents reults of vegation and infrastructure mapping carried out in GTZ-IRMA Project Areas in Muzarabani District. The work involved visual interpretation of vegetation cover changes using multi-temporal aerial photographs and satellite imagery. It also involved training of IRMA team mambers in the use of GPS to collect project infrastructure data in Muzarabani and Karoi. The psatial database generated by VegRIS, GPS and GIS software were installed on the GTZ-IRMA computers in Centenary and Harare. All the project sites were mapped and stored in a GIS. The IRMA team were trained in data capture and spatial database querying and management in Harare before the data were handed over to their local offices
