Aqueous ethanol extracts of yarrow obtained at different temperatures at laboratory conditions. It was found that the solubility of phenolic compounds improved with increasing the ethanol concentration from 20 to 40% (v/v), while the further increase to 60% (v/v) did not result in significant rise of phenolic compounds content in the extracts. The increase of extracted substances concentration was higher when the temperature rose from 25 to 50oC, compared to rising from 50 to 75oC.
