[Prerequisites and perspectives for creation and development of the second-hand market of agricultural machinery in Belarus]

Prerequisites and perspectives of creation and functioning of the second-hand market of agricultural machinery and techniques in Belarus have been investigated. Development of this market makes its possible to improve the technical equipment of wide range of agricultural commodity producers who are not able to purchase or receive by lizing the new machines and for whom it is economically inexpedient to buy new equipment. Objective regularity in creation and development of the second-hand market of agricultural machinery and techniques (agro-service enterprises engaged into renewal of agricultural machinery and techniques from one side and agricultural organizations purchasing these techniques from the other side) has been revealed as a result of data of special questionnaire poll among administration and chief specialists of agricultural organizations and agro-service enterprises of Minsk and Grodno regions of Belarus. Experience of second-hand machinery and techniques market functioning in USA, Grate Britain, Germany and some regions of Russian Federation that can be applied to the conditions of Republic of Belarus has been presented
