Compilation and analysis of available database of soil testing has allowed evaluating of soil fertility dynamics for last 40 years. The complex of required measures for the achievement and maintenance of optimal agrochemical properties of soil is proposed for the intensive agriculture. At the moment the complex investigations connected with necessity, ecology and technology of selenium, iodine, cobalt use as fertilizers components have been started. Their great use will be possible in 4-7 years
