Long-term investigations of development of techniques for increasing the productivity of lands with the composite soil cover in Poozerje are stated. Research results showed that during cultivation of coherent mineral soils for their usage in crop rotation the minimal depth of arable layer should be 20-30 cm with soil density 20-30 cm, humus content 2.5-3.0%, pH in KCI – 6.0-6.5, content of mobile forms of phosphorus and potassium – 150-200 mg/kg. The efficiency of draining of swamped mineral lands is shown, the techniques for enriching soil fertility by means of application of local organic fertilizers and composts, usage of mineral fertilizers and green manure crops are presented. The importance of the adaptive contour and reclamative farming system for the increasing of drained lands productivity is noted. One of the main principles of biological intensification of these lands is further development of arable lands, introduction of crop rotations with their saturation with legumes and grass and legumes mixtures, leguminous plants. Proposed methods of intensive farming of drained hilly lands with flat depressions help to improve soil water and air regime, create adequate conditions for field works, plant growth and development, procurement of production of no less than 60-65 c of each plant products variety from each hectare of crop rotation area, provide ecological resistance of reclaimed landscapes
