[Tissue selection of cherry in conditions of combined affect of several stressors]

Data on growth and development of cherry leaf explants in in vitro culture as affected by polyethyleneglycol, lysozyme and abscysic acid that are used as stress factors are presented. Facts of one factor negative effect alignment in the presence of other factor at their joint use were defined. The formation of several number of adventitiious shoots was marked that are valuable initial material for creation of forms having the complex resistance to biotic and abiotic destabilizing factors and also for the genetic diversity increase
