Hydrogen peroxide (1mMol) impact upon the lipid hydroperoxide and malon dialdehyde content and also catalase and superoxide dismutase activity in wheat plants growing under conditions of the Ukranian Polesye was studied. Repeated treatment hydrogen peroxide caused the increase of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) activity resulted in less essential lipid peroxidation increase than after the first treatment. It points put to the decrease of oxidizing processes dangerous to cell development degree. The raised level of cells resistance caused by the action of first hydrogen peroxide stress provided "easier" surviving by a plant of repeated hydrogen peroxide treatment
