Complex preparation "Endocur" exerting uterotherapeutic, anti-inflammatory, pathogenetic and stimulative action is analyzed. The preparation belongs to the medium toxic group (LD50 = 3750 mg/kg) and is hypoallergic. Tests of "Endocur" proved its high efficiency. Twice repeated paravaginal injection of the preparation with the 48 hour interval to fresh cows make it possible to lower the postnatal complications from 19,7% up to 11,7%, subinvolution of uterus - from 8,0 up to 5,7% and endometritis - from 11,7% up to 6,0%. Paravaginal injections with the 48 hour interval provided the recovery of puerperal endometritis of 79,7%-89,5% of cows and made it possible to increase the therapeutic efficiency up to 7,3-10,4%
