The following sequence of characteristics to decrease their stability to complex influence of meteorological factors: fructose cellulose a proto pectin a hydro pectin a saccharose a glucose is fixed for the first time on the basis of comparative analysis of variability level of parameters of accumulation of carbohydrates in fruits of early-, mid- and late-maturing cultivars of high bush blueberry, on the background of fertilizers application, in perennial cycle of observations in Belarus Polesje. The carbohydrate complex of fetuses of mid-maturing cultivars had the least stability, while early- and late-maturing cultivars had higher or similar level. The least expressed variability by years of pectin substances content is marked in early-maturing cyltivars, soluble saccharums - in late-maturing, cellulose - in mid-maturing cultivars. The less expressed dependence of carbohydrates content in fruits especially in late-maturing cultivar, on variability of mineral background within the framework of experiment, is fixed in comparison with the similar one on meteorological factors. Higher temperature background at the increased dryness of air in the season of formation and maturing of fruits of high bush blueberry promotes weakening of carbohydrate accumulation dependence in them on soil factor. The radio of meteorological factors influence on formation of carbohydrate complex of fruits of high bush blueberry was defined by chemical nature of its separate components and species belonging of plants. It varied from 2,8-5,3 in glucose up to 0,8-2,1 in characteristics of pectin complex
