Research results proved that the efficiency of vaccinal prevention of several infections depended on veterinary and sanitary state of animal farming because protozoa and helminthes exercised the deleterious effect on the immunobiological reactivity of animals. Various Eimeria species (Eimeria tenella, Eimeria acervulina, Eimeria maxima) exercised the immunosuppressive action, affected thymus and lowered the efficiency of vaccination against Newcastle disease. Research results showed that Eimeria caused the inhibition of processes of age-specific differentiation of thymus parenchyma, abrupt emaciation of organ cortex lobules and weakening of the factors of humoral immunity of laboratory chickens by means of strengthening of vaccine reactogenic characteristics due to lowering the immunogenic ones
