Complex development of rural territories needs systematic researches, that would dwell on productive-economic, social, cultural, architect, management and environmental aspects of a definite territory. The system of social development parameters uncludes determinative, stable, final indicators and a complex of indicators taking into account estimation of experts. Traditionally mainly two groups of indicators are used for analysis of productive-economic development: gross (gross production, gross domestic product, gross national product, gross net product, net added cost etc.) and the same indicators but recalculated per capita. But they do not include spatial component and specific feedback of the territorial basis is not taken into account during the processing of figures as well. At the same time including the spatial component in calculations of this kind of preferable a nd possible
