[Motivation of employees labor through the mechanism of participation in profit and the property of the enterprise]

In the context of conducing research in the field of inducement of labor the world experience of America, Japan and Europe was studied. The world practice of the systems of participation in profits and property is the basis of new approach to the formation of the incomes of the employees of the agricultural enterprises in the Republic of Belarus. On the basis of the carried out researches the creation of the fund of labor participation on the enterprises was recommended. Also the approximate limits of royalties from the profit were calculated. The formation of the fund of labor participation in profit and property will increase employees' motivation in the eventual results of the activity of agricultural enterprise
