[Influence of emistime С and homobrassinolid on the content of water soluble carbohydrates in different genotypes of barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) in the conditions of low temperature stress]

Influence of plant growth regulators emistime С and homobrassinolid on the content of water soluble carbohydrates in germs and leaves of two varieties of barley and barley isoplasmatic lines under and after low temperature stress was shown. The studied barley genotypes were characterized by the different susceptibility to the action of low temperature and dynamics of accumulation of water soluble carbohydrates. The observed plant growth regulators depending on the barley genome and plant growth regulator nature increased the content of sugars in germs and leaves. The most notable changes in carbohydrate metabolism showed the following varieties: barley cv. Zazerskij and Roland line (under influence of emistime С); and Roland variety and isoline with its cytoplasm (under influence of homobrassinolid)
